    Mt. Vernon HOA Pine Beetle Mitigation

    The Mt. Vernon HOA in the foothills of Golden wanted to protect their conservation easement from a pine beetle infestation. The CO Leaf and Limb team took down 60 infected trees before the beetles were able to infect other trees. We identified infected trees, felled and removed trees without heavy machinery, using minimally invasive techniques to protect the ecosystem.
